Vertical Integration becoming a reality at Sumac

Sumac`s aim to become a vertically integrated supplier took another large step forward this year with the addition of a new 30kw laser cutting/profiling machine, supported by an additional investment in an automated deburring solution to support the laser cutting process. During 2024 the business invested in two additional pieces of capital equipment, with the addition of a 30kw laser and an automated deburring system. This allows for all our laser cut and profiled product to be processed in-house, and then passed through the new automated deburring machine, resulting in an efficient cutting and deburring process.
