Dobson and Beaumont are quite rightly known for our thread rolling expertise – but over the last couple of years we have invested over £1 Million and are proud of our capabilities with twin spindle turning, sliding head technology, centreless grinding and CNC milling. As well as this we are able to offer Ultrasonic and MPI testing in house to PCN Level 2. With a tooling bank of over 500 sets of thread rolling tools and the equipment we now have on offer, chances are we are able to support your needs. Whether it’s Metric ,MJ, UN, UNJ, Whitworth, BSF, or BSP we have tooling starting at 3mm or 6-32. With annular tooling covering most pitches we can also roll long parts – 6 Metres if you need.
Usually, we support our customers by taking the responsibility of complete supply including sourcing the material to suit, but if preferred we can machine your material. Similarly, we can roll your pre-machined parts.
