We are a Sub-Contract precision metal laser cutting & forming specialists based in Dudley, West Midlands. Specializing in high-quality cutting for Over 20 Years. We have a factory space of 20,000 square feet which allows us to service a variety of industries countrywide from a central location.
By combining state of the art fiber technology laser machines, we are able to cut a variety of materials ranging from 0.5mm to 30mm thick. This produces high quality cut finishes at tolerances of +/- 0.25mm and better.
We guarantee precision, quality and repeatability on all laser cutting. We are ISO Certified 9001, 14001, 45001 and have held EN 1090 since 2015, accredited with BSEN-1090-1 up to, and including, Execution Class 4.
In addition to our laser cutting services, we can offer secondary folding operations with the use of our Bystronic CNC presses.
Our facilities include a 250 tonne, 4000mm wide press brake suitable for larger, thicker components such as stairs and balustrades. Our smaller 80 tonne press brake allows us to fold in high quantity volumes at a fast pace for smaller items such as brackets.
We’re excited to share that we’ve met our energy-saving goal set in 2018, cutting our energy use by 50%.
Our success stems from investments in fiber laser technology, automated warehouses, and in-house nitrogen production. These upgrades not only helped us meet our goals but also positioned us for future energy savings.
The recent enhancements to our nitrogen generator and the transition to fiber technology in all our laser machines enable faster, more accurate material cutting with less energy. Additionally, our Tower storage and automation systems have optimized material stock management, minimizing downtime for our 10kW laser.
Smaller changes including LED lighting, PIR sensors, efficient recycling and electric fleet cars have also contributed significantly.
