Exhibitor Badges
Register your stand personnel via your MyEasyfairs account and badges will be available for collection onsite during build-up.
To access during build you will be issued with a wristband upon arrival to the halls.
Smart Badge Readers
You have a Smart Badge scanner as part of your stand package. This is an invaluable sales tool for your stand, allowing you to promote specific products/services and collect data on visitors to your stand. Make sure you brief your stand personnel on how to employ these vital tools to maximise your ROI. Contractor Passes
During build up and breakdown all contractors & exhibitors will sign in with security to access to the hall. Everyone entering must have read the Site rules & emergency procedures. On confirmation of this, all contractors and exhibitors will be given a CDM wristband for access.
